Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Agreement

This SaaS Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Altivue software services provided by Altivue ("Altivue", "we", "our"). By using the Altivue platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement applies to all access and use of the Altivue web and mobile application and associated services, whether accessed via subscription, trial, or demo.

Altivue follows industry-standard security practices and uses Google Firebase for encrypted storage and authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

We reserve the right to improve or modify the software. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or email.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

9. Limitation of Liability

Altivue is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 6 months.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
